Recommended settings to resolve iPad/iPhone related issues

At the moment, our platform is optimized to be run on a Desktop using the Google Chrome web browser and some users may face difficulties while accessing the vault on an iPad or iPhone using the Safari browser. Some common issues include seeing a blank/white screen or no action happening when you try to click on a Tab on the left main menu. To resolve such issues, we suggest that you change your device's Safari settings as per the instructions given below for an uninterrupted seamless experience.

Recommended Safari Settings on iPad

Step 1: Go to your iPad settings and then click on Safari

Step 2: Turn off 'Open New Tabs in Background' and 'Block Pop-Up'

Step 3: Go back to your portal on the browser and perform the same action again

  • If you are clicking a tab on the left main menu, either tap that Tab with two fingers OR Touch and hold that Tab, then tap 'Open in New Tab'. This is done to open the link in a New Tab on the Safari browser.

Recommended Safari Settings on iPhone

Step 1: Go to the Settings tab in your iPhone and then go to Safari
