My page is very slow or the loading icon keeps spinning

If you are trying to perform an activity in your vault such as trying to access your vault and you find that the page responsiveness is very slow or the loading wheel keeps spinning or it is taking too much time, please do a Hard Refresh on your web browser.


Google Chrome

Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard

Mac users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard


Firefox

Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard

Mac users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard


Safari (Mac)

Go to Safari > Empty Cache, or hit Opt + Cmd + E

To refresh, click the refresh button on the address bar or press Cmd + R


Internet Explorer/Microsoft Edge (Windows)

Hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard


Once hard refreshed, try doing the action again on the platform. If the issue still persists you can close all the browser pages and try again. Sometimes, computers just need a reset. If you keep having trouble please reach out to the Customer Success Team at support@futurevaultinc.com.
