I reset my password but I'm not getting any email

If you are trying to reset your password and you don't receive an email with the instructions in less than 10 minutes, follow these steps:

1. Verify that you are trying to login to the correct place (URL). Your account may be provided by one of our clients, and they have their own branded URL.

2. Ensure you are adding the email address that was used to set up your account.

3. Confirm that there are no additional spaces after adding the sign-in email.

4. Check your spam/ junk folder.
