My account is locked. What can I do?

The locked account happens when the user enters their passwords incorrectly more than 5 times or an incorrect MFA. The user needs to wait to be able to try again. The system will show you an error message saying: "User is Locked. ". 

Once the account is locked, even if you add the correct email or password you will need to wait until the account is unlocked. Please be aware that if you keep trying the system will add extra time for every attend. So, If you cannot remember the password, please wait 10 minutes and go to the login page and click "Forgot your password".


If you locked you account using your mobile, please wait 5 minutes and login again using the app. The first login after the unlocked happens needs to happen in the same device.
