I sent a document to my vault using the Inbound email, but now I can't find my document in Unfiled. What should I do?

If you don't find a document that you sent to your vault using your Inbound email it could be because:

  1. The file was too big and it couldn't be sent by your email provider. Please check the inbox for an error message.
  2. The document size of your document is more than 15 MB, and it was rejected by our system.
  3. The format of the document is not supported by the system (PSD, zip, .rar, tiff, docm, dotm, dotx, potm, potx, ppmt, rtf, wps, xltm, xltx).
