Sometimes your mobile devices have some settings that could stop links to open, or they are being opened in the background.
IOS - Go to Setting and Open Safari > Open Links > In New Tab / Disable the Block pop-ups
Android - Open up a Chrome browser > Select the vertical dots in the top right > Select Settings > Scroll down to Site Settings > Select Pop-ups and Redirects > Turn off the pop-ups
