I got an email saying that my account is active, but I don't have a passwords

If you received an email letting you know that your account is already active, but you didn't get any temporary password you can follow these steps:

How to troubleshoot

Step 1: Click on "Access your account"

Step 2: Click on "Forgot your password"

Step 3: Create a temporary password.

  • You will have to change later after your first login.

Step 4: Log in with your temporary password.

Step 5: Set up your real password and accept the Terms and Conditions.


  • Reset your password to set up a temporary password.
  • Log in create your real password and accept the terms and conditions.
