If you can't log into your account and need to reset your password:

  1. Go to the FutureVault login screen.
  2. Below the fields for Email and password click Forgot password?

  1. Enter the email address you used to create the account and click in "Send password reset link". The system will give you a messages letting you know that the link was sent.
  2. Check your email inbox, and click the link in the email you received to reset your password.

  1. To create a new password, repeat the same password in the next box "Confirm Password". Remember that the password must be at least 8 characters in length. It also must contain at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, and 1 numeric.
  2. Click Reset Password.

Note: If you don't receive the reset email, please check the spam folder of your inbox.
