If you can't log into your account and need to reset your password:
- Go to the FutureVault login screen.
- Below the fields for Email and password click Forgot password?
- Enter the email address you used to create the account and click in "Send password reset link". The system will give you a messages letting you know that the link was sent.
- Check your email inbox, and click the link in the email you received to reset your password.
- To create a new password, repeat the same password in the next box "Confirm Password". Remember that the password must be at least 8 characters in length. It also must contain at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, and 1 numeric.
- Click Reset Password.
Note: If you don't receive the reset email, please check the spam folder of your inbox.
