This update brings faster search for large portals, more reliable lists and notifications, and several fixes to everyday document management.
Performance Improvements
Faster Vault Search in Large Portals
Searching for a client vault by name, email or reference number is now significantly faster in portals with a very large number of vaults.
Collaborators Load for Large Organizations
The Collaborators tab now loads correctly for organizations with a large number of collaborators. Previously, the page could time out and show no results.
More Reliable Client Lists and Search
We resolved an issue where some client vault lists and search results could appear empty even when the vaults existed.
Notification Fixes
File Upload Request "Notify Me" Emails
When Notify Me is enabled on a File Upload Request, the person who created the request now receives the summary email again once the client completes the upload.
Upload Notifications for Administrative Users with their own Vault Access
Administrators and Representatives with access to their own vault now receive file upload email notifications based on their notification preferences.
Email Notification Preference When Uploading
When using a mobile device, the system now fixes the scale, and you can select your email notification preferences or entities again while uploading files.
Document & Folder Fixes
Deleted Files Are Kept When a Folder Is Deleted
Files that are already in the Deleted area now stay there when their original folder is deleted, so they can still be restored.
Moving Documents
Administrators can now move files tagged with a non-default entity to another vault without an error.
Representatives can now move documents within a vault as expected.
Hide Empty Folders for Collaborators
The Hide Empty Folders filter now works for Collaborators who only have access to the main entity.
Permission Fixes
"In Review" Activity Logs
Activity logs for documents marked In Review are now visible only to Administrators and Representatives, in line with who can use the In Review feature.
Collaborator Restrictions Apply Only to the Selected Roles
When your organization restricts the ability to add Collaborators for a specific role, such as Vault Owners, the restriction now applies only to that role. Administrators keep the ability to add Collaborators.
