Why This Matters

Not every collaborator access change requires a new invitation email. And for bilingual organizations, it's important to ensure communications are sent in the appropriate language.

The updated invitation workflow makes these decisions clearer and gives you more control before an email is sent.

What Problem It Solves

Previously, invitation emails were automatically sent using the collaborator's selected language, without the ability to change the language during the invitation process.

The enhanced workflow lets you make that choice when you're sending the invitation.

What's New

When managing a collaborator invitation, you can now:

• Send an invitation email when the collaborator needs to activate their account.

  • Choose English or French before sending the invitation.

• Skip the email when an invitation isn't required.

The collaborator's current language is pre-selected, making it easy to keep their existing preference or choose another language when needed.

How It Works

When prompted with Send Invitation Email?, choose the appropriate option:

Send Invitation
Select this option when you need an invitation email. Choose English or French, then click Send.

Skip Email
Select this option when an email isn't required. No invitation email will be sent.

For example, Skip Email can be useful when an existing collaborator already has an active account, and you're updating or restoring their Vault access.
