Extended Addepar Report Synchronization

Global Collaborator Folder Permissions in 3-Tier Portals
Fixed an issue where folder permissions were not correctly displayed for Global Collaborators within 3-Tier portals. Permission visibility now accurately reflects the collaborator's assigned access.
