We’ve improved the Recent tab to provide a more complete view of vault activity. Files uploaded directly into the Unfiled section will now appear in the Recent tab, ensuring all newly added content is visible in one place.

Previously:
Files uploaded directly into the Unfiled section did not appear in the Recent tab.

Files uploaded directly into the Unfiled section are included in the Recent tab.
The Recent tab reflects a complete and accurate list of newly uploaded documents.
Users have better visibility into all recent vault activity.
