We’ve introduced an enhanced admin setting that makes managing representatives faster and more consistent:
What’s New
- Auto-assignment rules for new vaults
When creating or editing a representative, you can now choose to automatically assign them to:- All new vaults, or
- Only new vaults of a specific package (Essential, Premium, etc.)
- Flexible selection panel
A new section in the rep profile allows you to define this behaviour with just a checkbox or dropdown selection. - Ad-hoc assignment still available
If no auto-assignment option is selected, you can continue assigning representatives to vaults manually as needed.
Important Notes
- Auto-assignment applies only to newly created vaults.
- It does not update or reassign reps when changing the package of an existing vault.
This feature ensures consistent coverage for new clients, reduces manual steps, and simplifies team management.
How to Use Automatic Vault Assignment
- Go to the Admin Portal and open the Representatives section.
- Create a new rep or edit an existing one.
- Scroll to the new Auto-Assignment Settings section.
- Choose one of the following:
- Assign to all New Vaults, or
- Assign to new vaults with a specific package (Can select multiples)

- Click Create or Save your changes.
- When new vaults are created, the system will automatically add the selected representative(s).
- For existing vaults, you can continue to assign reps manually via the vault access settings.
