Security is at the core of everything we do, and we’re excited to introduce a new enhancement: portal-wide support for mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
This feature allows companies to enforce MFA for specific user groups or for all users in the portal—ensuring stronger protection for sensitive documents and personal information.
What You Need to Know
If the organization that is proving the vault has decided to enable mandatory MFA for your portal:
The next time you log in, you’ll be prompted to set up at least one MFA method.
You’ll be able to choose between these method depending on the company preference:
SMS verification codes
An Authenticator App (e.g., Google Authenticator)
Once set up, you’ll use MFA for all future logins.
Why This Matters
MFA adds an essential layer of protection, making it much harder for unauthorized users to access your account—even if your password is compromised.
We recommend using an Authenticator App for the highest level of security.
