We're excited to introduce several powerful new features and improvements designed to enhance admin capabilities and streamline your workflow. Here's a summary of what's new:
- Transfer Files (Move or Copy) Between Vaults: Now available for 2-Tier and Sub-Portals of 2-Tier portals. Easily transfer files while maintaining the history and choose to notify Vault owners.
- Upload Folders with Documents: Streamline your workflow with the new 'Upload Folder' option available when using the right-click, the Plus button, or the shortcut SHIFT+ALT+U options. Learn more about this capability here.
- Folder Access Visibility: Quickly see who has access to any folder by right-clicking and selecting 'Folder Access' or by looking in the Side Panel display. Learn more here.
- Manage Co-owners for Client Vaults: (3-Tier portals) Head Office Admins can now add or remove co-owners to improve support for their sub-portals. Learn more here
- Assign Representatives to Client Vaults: Visually distinguish the Representative of a sub-portal from the Head Office Representative when assigning users to Client Vaults.
- Vault Naming Clarity: Improved display of Vault names ensures seamless navigation for Household and Organization Vaults.
- Restrict Collaborator Permissions: Decide whether clients or users can add collaborators to vaults for stricter control. Contact your Customer Success team to enable this feature.
- New Eye Icon for Password Visibility: We've replaced the old checkbox with a new eye icon to show passwords. This icon has been added to more fields where a password needs to be displayed, enhancing user experience.
Automatic Access to the Unfiled and Reminders Tabs in All Vaults. You can now enable automatic access for all your users to view the Unfiled and Reminders tabs within every vault. Contact your Customer Success team to determine if this feature is right for you.
- Print Email Body Content: When viewing files that include email content, use the new "Print" button to easily print the email body.
