- A new permission flag enables select admins to:
- Manage Vaults: Create, resend activation emails, edit, and deactivate vaults under sub-portals.

- Head Office Admins can now rename sub-portals at any time for better organization and clarity.
File Distribution Across Vaults
- Head Office Admins can now distribute files between vaults with advanced options:
- Move Files: Completely transfer the file while keeping its full history intact.
- Copy Files: Create a duplicate in the target location.
- File distribution can be performed:
- From the Corporate Vault or Head Office Vault to a vault in a sub-portal.
- From one vault in a sub-portal to another vault in the same or different portal.
- While distributing files, admins can:
- Create folders in the target vault as needed.
- Send notifications to the vault owner about the newly added files.
These features give Head Office Admins comprehensive control over their systems and operations, ensuring smoother workflows and better oversight.
