Modified on: Tue, 8 Oct, 2024 at 5:05 PM

These enhancements empower Head Office Admins to manage user access more effectively across Sub-Portals (Advisor Teams), streamlining user administration and improving user management oversight.

Key Features

1. View All Users Under a Sub-Portal

Head Office Admins now have the ability to see all users associated with any Sub-Portal. This straight-through enterprise view allows for better management and monitoring of user access across various segments (teams, departments, etc.) of your organization. Portal Activation and Main Advisor Assignment still need to be managed through FutureVault Support at the moment.

2. Adding New Users

To add a new user to a Specific Sub-Portal, simply navigate to the desired portal, right-click, and select +Add New User. This feature simplifies the onboarding process and ensures that new team members have immediate access to the tools they need.Head Office Admin - Access to Sub-Portal to Add New Users

  • Add Users: Quickly onboard new Representatives or Admins.
  • Deactivate Users: If a user is no longer active, you can manually deactivate their account from this interface, ensuring that access is only granted to current team members.
