How to Use the Enhanced Client Management Feature:
- Admins can simply right-click on Client Vaults to access management actions.
- Available Actions:
- Edit Profile: Modify client profiles and information within FutureVault including names, emails (if the status is still 'Created' or 'Invited'), reference numbers, and more.
- Convert Vault type
- Package
- History
- Send Activation Email: Trigger an activation email to the client to help them access their vault.
- Manual Activation/Deactivation: Admins can manually activate or deactivate the vault as needed.
These direct client management capabilities enable Admins in 3-tier portals to manage Client Vaults more efficiently, ensuring that client information is accurate and up to date. Utilize these new capabilities to enhance your workflow and client management processes.
