New Enhancements: Edit Fields, Simplified Entity Management, and More (v5.13)

We’re thrilled to announce a series of general enhancements designed to improve usability and efficiency across the system. Here’s a look at what’s new:


Edit Key Fields in the Preview Image and Right side Panel

You can now edit key fields directly from the preview image in the side panel. Simply open the View Options, and click the pencil icon next to the field you wish to edit. Side Panel - Editing fields - pencil icon

This feature allows you to update:

  1. File Name
  2. Expiration Date
  3. Labels
  4. Entities
  5. Notes

In the right Panel, while preview a documents, look for the pencil icon to make any edits. Right panel while preview file to update fields.

Simplified Entity Management

Managing entities has never been easier. You can now select and unselect entities to add or remove them from documents or folders with fewer clicks. Use the side panel to manage entities for multiple files or folders at once:Multiple Entity Management in the Side Panel

  • One Click: Add or remove entities from selected items.
  • Two Clicks: Add the entity to all selected files or folders.
  • Three Clicks: Revert to the original status.

When multiple files or folders have different entities, a '-' symbol will indicate mixed entities. Click once to remove the checkmark and remove the entity from all selected items, or twice to add the entity to all. Don't forget to click Update to save the changes.

Admin Portal Enhancement

Admins can now choose to automatically add a newly created user’s contact information to the Contact tab of all vaults in their tier. This feature facilitates easier access for end-users to grant additional permissions to the admin's personal side.

Share Document via Encrypted Link

An improvement to encrypted document sharing allows the primary owner to now share documents with themselves. This ensures seamless access to important documents and maintains secure sharing practices.

3-Tier Portal Update

Head Office representatives in 3-tier portals can now view the vault type on the client list of sub-portals. This provides a clearer overview of the types of vaults being managed across different tiers.


These enhancements aim to streamline your workflow and provide more control and flexibility in managing your documents and entities.
