Once your vault is created by your sponsor organization, you will receive an email from [email protected] to activate your vault. If in your vault activation process, you encounter the following errors, please follow the below steps to resolve them.
- Error Message 1: 'Your activation link expired.'

- Step 1: Please click on 'here' in the message that comes under the error.
- Step 2: In the activation email, copy the link 'Get Started' and open it in an incognito browser.
- Step 3: On the login page, paste the email and the temporary password from the new activation email and click Login.
- Step 4: You will be directed to 'Finish Activating your Account' page.
- How to resolve this error
- Error Message 2: 'Your account is already active.'

Step 1: Please click on 'here' in the message that comes under the error.
- By clicking on 'here' in the message 'If you want us to resend a new activation link, please click here', you will be sent a new activation email with a new temporary password. Alternatively, you can click on 'Forget your password' from the login page to get a new activation email.
Step 2: In the activation email, copy the link 'Get Started' and open it in an incognito browser.
- Right-click on 'Get Started' or press the small drop-down arrow and copy the link. Then open an incognito browser by pressing Ctrl + Shift + n(Windows) or ⌘ + Shift + n(Mac) and paste the link.
- You will be redirected to the login page.
Step 3: On the login page, paste the email and the temporary password from the new activation email and click Login.
Step 4: You will be directed to 'Finish Activating your Account' page.
- Here, you again need to use the same temporary password. Then under Password, please set a completely new password and confirm it. Finally, agree to the Terms of Services/Privacy Policy and click Submit.
- After those steps, your Onboarding should be complete and you should have access to the account.
Error Message 2: 'Your account is already active.'
If you have already set a new password, then you need not activate your account. You can input your password to gain access to the system. If you don't remember the password, you can click on 'Forgot your password?' under the Login button. However, if you have never set a password, please follow the below steps:

Step 3: You will be directed to Finish Activating your Account page.
- Here, you again need to use the same temporary password. Then under Password, please set a completely new password and confirm it. Finally, agree to the Terms of Services/Privacy Policy and click Submit.
- After those steps, your Onboarding should be complete and you will have access to your account.
