The latest update to the Administrative Portal empowers administrators to add Co-Owners to a Client Vault. These newly added Co-Owners will be granted the same set of actions and permissions as the primary vault holder, effectively allowing for shared management of the vault.

Administrators can now add Co-Owners to a Client Vault from their Administrative Portal. Co-Owners essentially have the same set of actions and permissions as the vault holder. This feature is available on request only.

An Administrator may add the Co-Owner to the Client Vault by following the below steps:

Step 1: Go to the respective Client Vault in the client list and right-click on it.

Step 2: Select "Add Co-Owner".

Step 3: Fill in the First Name, Last Name and Email and click on Save.

Info! Once the Co-Owner's credentials are saved, an activation email is automatically triggered to the Co-Owner's email inbox with a temporary password. After completing the onboarding, Co-Owners will be able to access the client's vault.

Administrators can view the Co-Owners of each vault by going to the Contacts tab in the Client Vault where they are identified by the Co-Owner Tag under Collaborators.
