In the new version, as soon as a new Representative or a Global Trusted Advisor is created, you will have the ability to assign clients right away without breaking the flow. Below is the new two-step workflow to assign clients while setting up new users:
- Step 1: Click on Add New User under the Users tab and fill in the required details.
- Step 2: Once the user is added, a pop-up appears that will prompt you to assign clients.

Please enter the user's first name, last name, and email address as well as add folder permissions to get started. Click on Create to go to the next step.

Once the user is created, you will be prompted to assign clients. On clicking 'Yes', select clients that need to be assigned to the user and click on 'Assign'. This step saves time and eliminates a few clicks as compared to the previous version where you had to go back to the Client List and then Assign Representatives to one or many clients.
