Global Folders
Global folder is a centralized area within a vault where users can share content with all the existing and newly created vault holders. Vault owners will only be able to preview the content and download them. It is a great tool to share Company Policies, Templates, Forms, Shareholder Documents etc.

Template Management
Template management is a great tool to define a pool of Level 1 and Level 2 folder groups, and then create multiple standardized folder taxonomy templates out of those folders groups. These folder taxonomy templates can be designed in a way to target different client segments and can be assigned while creating client vaults.
