The Digital Vault allows you to quickly email documents into the vault for safekeeping, but did you know you can view the email body inside of the vault as well? Review the conversation that accompanied the document at any time once you have filed the document in your Digital Vault.
Viewing the email body is easy - Once the document has been received in the Vault and moved to a folder outside of the Unfiled area, simply follow these steps below! This is a great tool for those who wish to save important documents like invoices, presentations, etc. while keeping the background information for reference at a later date.
Viewing the Email body
After opening the document, in the top right corner of the preview, you will find an option to "View Original Email." This will change the preview of the document to the email that was sent in with the document.
To switch back to the document, simply select "View Document" in the top right of the preview panel. It's that simple!
