In the New Version 4.0v, to move files to a different folder, you can directly drag and drop them without having the need to right click on the file and then select move as in the legacy version 3x.

To move Test 1 document to Test Folder, click on Test 1 document and drag it over Test Folder to move it.
Legacy Version 3x
In this version, the only way to move the document was to right click on the document, click on Move and then select the location.
