Do you need to share a document but don't want to provide access to a full folder? Don't worry, the Digital Vault has your back! Within the Digital Vault, when you share a single document, an encrypted link is sent to the recipient. The document never leaves the vault and the recipient can view and download the document. 


Sharing documents is easy when using the Digital Vault, to do this simply locate the document you wish to share and follow the steps below! 

Sharing a Document

Once you have located the document you wish to share, right-click and select "Share."


Input the email of the individual(s) you would like to share the document with and make changes to the subject* or message* and choose an expiration date*. 

Once you are ready for the document to be sent, select share. From there, the recipient(s) will receive an email with an encrypted link to view/download the document. 

* Changing the subject/message is optional, while adding an expiry date is highly recommended, it is also optional when sending a document.
