When you have the List view option selected, you can filter and alter columns that are shown when inside a folder. This will allow you to change how the documents are organized, bringing you the personalization you want when managing your life's important documents!
The List view allows you to customize the way your documents are sorted. With this view as well, you have the opportunity to alter the columns that are visible when looking inside a folder. Let's take a look at how you can do this inside your Digital Vault!
To sort your documents differently, select one of the headers and choose to sort by Ascending or Descending. You can even search or choose specific filters. Example: Choosing the document type, choosing a user who uploaded documents.
You can also choose to hide columns that are not relevant to you by selecting View Options and selecting/deselecting the checkboxes under "Column Visibility."
