If your collaborator hasn't received the email invitation, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Click the contact tab from the left menu
- Step 2: Click Edit Permissions
- Step 3: Click Save
- Step 4: Select "Send"

- You don't need to change anything, go direct and click save.
Step 4: Select "Send"
- Your Trusted Advisor/ Manager needs to complete the account activation process to be able to access to your vault.
