How to activate your account?

Depending on how your vault was provided you will have different paths to activate your account. Let's review those:


If you have been invited as a Trusted Advisor you will be activating your account in 3 easy steps:


Pre-set vault accounts

The company that provides you with the vault will create your vault, and usually, they will pre-populate it with some key documents for you. Once the vault is ready, they will send you an activation email and you can follow these steps:

Step 1: Received an email to Activate your account

  • If you don't see your activation email in your inbox, please check your Spam/ Junk folder.

Step 2: Click the link on the email.

  • Copy the email and the temporary password provided on the email.

Step 3: A confirmation page will redirect you to the last step.

Step 4: You will be sent to the login page.

  • Paste the email and the temporary password provided on the email.

Step 5: Change your password and accept the Terms and Conditions.


Direct registration to a vault

If your company provided you with a link so you can register yourself at any time, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the registration link

Step 2: Field out the registration form

Step 3: Click Submit

  • You will redirect directly to your new vault.

Invitation as a Trusted Advisor

If you have been invited to be a collaborator to a vault, as soon as the vault owner decided it, they can send you an invitation email to start. You only need to set up your account once, meaning if other contacts also added you as a Trusted Advisor in the same portal you won't need to set up a different account if they use your primary email.

Step 1: Open Invitation email

  • Accept the invitation by clicking on the link on the email.

Step 2: Field out the registration form

Step 3: Click Submit

  • You will redirect directly to your account.
