In the Client Portal (Vault) you will find different types of folders. Users will find the company folders that are predefined by the company that provides you with your vault and the predefined private folders by the system. Inside each, you will find different levels of folders. Let's learn in detail about all.
Folder Types
Company folders
There are custom folders structures defined by the company that provides the vault to collaborate and engage with users. This type of folders has been identified with a different color and a logo in the folder icon to easily identify it. They are own and manage by the administrative users of the portal.
Predefine system folders
Depending on the vault type, you will have access to these types of folders. These folders are private for the vault owner, and only the user can provide access to family members, trusted advisors and administrative users of the portal. By default, the vault provides a predefined structure for a person Entity. The vault owner or manager can change or add more Entities and the system will bring a new set of folders related to that entity type. Learn more here. You can differentiate this type of folder in the All Document tab because they will have a light blue colour.
