Depending on the package assigned to your vault you will have available a number of entities that you can set up. By default, a vault has 1 Entity set as a Person.
We highly recommend you to set up your entities before starting to upload any document, since the entities will help you to stay more organized, set up better permissioning to your collaborators and have a dynamic visualization of the documents.
In the Accounts Settings under preferences, vault owners can see how many Entity they have available.
To manage your entities go to the Accounts Settings and under the Entity tab, you can add a new Entity.
