Managing Locations/Tagging of a document

This feature allows a document to appear in multiple folders, but the document is stored in the system once. The document can be deleted from any tagged location but must remain in at least one location.


Step-by-step guide:


Adding a New Location

Step 1: Open the Document

Step 2: In the right menu click "Locations"


Step 3: Click "+Add New Location"


Step 4: Search for the new location and click "Add"

Step 5: A pop-up message will confirm it

  • The new location will be added to the location windown.



Remove a second location

Step 1: Open the Document

Step 2: In the right menu click "Locations"

Step 3: Click the X next to the location you would like to remove

Step 4: Click "Yes" to confirm this action.

Step 5: A pop-up message will confirm this action
