All vaults have an unique inbound email address that can be used to get files or saved emails directly to the vault. Share this inbound email address with family and trusted collaborators to keep everything paperless.
- Step 1: In the main menu, click the "Unfiled" tab.
- Step 2: Click on the clipboard icon to copy the email address
- Step 3: Share the email with your contacts
Info! You cannot reply to an email using this email address. It's only to received files.
Attention! The limited document size that you can receive is 25MB.

- Ask your family or collaborators to cc or forward all the files that you normally get by email to your inbound email. If the vault owner has the Inbound Email notification enable on their setting, the person that is sharing the file will received a confirmation or error email that documents has been received.
