Currently, users need can drag & drop documents directly into a subcategory or a folder under those. Follow these steps:
- Step 1: Go to the location you want to upload the documents.
- Step 2: Select the files and drag them into the document area.
- Step 3: Drop the documents.
- Step 4: A pop-up upload status will be displayed.
If the user drag & drop documents directly to the "My Documents" page or a category, the system will open a pop-up to choose the location of the files.
