FutureVault is unique in the fact that the VaultHolder has been given a predefined folder structure. We’ve researched the areas of one's life that involve heavy documentation and broken them into categories and sub-categories. When uploading documents to a VaultHolder's account you may need to create folders for them within a sub-category.





Inside each subcategory you can create new folders. For example, in the category "Insurance" you can find the subcategory or "Life & Health Insurance", we recommend creating a new folder for each Policy (Life Insurance, Critical illness insurance, Permanent life insurance, etc.).

To create a new folder, click in the folder icon, add a name for the folder and click "Save".





As a Trusted Advisor you cannot delete and folders, even the folder you create.
