The FutureVault mobile app allows you to securely access and manage your documents from your iPhone or iPad. To use the app, you must have an active FutureVault account provided by your organization or advisor.

Download FutureVault for iOS

Step 1: Open the App Store

1. Unlock your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap the App Store icon to open it.

Step 2: Search for FutureVault

1. Tap the Search tab at the bottom of the screen.
2. Type FutureVault into the search bar and press Search.

Step 3: Download the App

1. Find the FutureVault app in the search results.
2. Tap the 'Get' button (or the cloud icon if you’ve downloaded it before).
3. If prompted, authenticate using Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.

Step 4: Open and Sign In

1. Once installed, tap Open or find the app on your home screen.
2. Enter your login credentials to access your vault.

Info! You must have an active FutureVault account to log in. If you don’t have an account, contact your organization or administrator for access.

Alternative: Access FutureVault on the Web

For the full FutureVault experience, you can access your vault using a web browser on your mobile device:

• Open Safari or Google Chrome.
• Go to your FutureVault portal and log in.

The web version provides complete functionality, including advanced organization and document management tools.

Troubleshooting

• Can’t find the app? Make sure you’re searching for FutureVault and not a similar name.
• Download won’t start? Check your internet connection or available storage space.
• Forgot your login details? Use the Forgot Password option or contact your administrator.
• No account? You need an active FutureVault account to log in. Contact your organization for details.
