How to Upload a file using my iPhone?

When using your mobile to upload a file to your Vault you can go directly to the location you want to save the document or you can click on the plus button + at any time. Once you click on the + button you can upload a file:


Location

Select the level 1 folder (category), then select the level 2 folder (Subcategory). You can save the file here if you would like to create a new folder click on the plus sign at the top-right corner, and select Add New Folder.

  



From Camera

Step 1: Select "From Camera" on the list.

Step 2: Scan the document.

Step 3: Edit the file

Relocated the dots on the corners of the documents to zoom in and cut the file, or rotate the image. Once you finish clicking Done. You can re-edit by choosing again the Edit open from the menu.

Step 4: add new pages, Edit and Save

Step 5: Name the document. 

By default, we add a date stamp to the name, you can remove it by deactivated the date stamp. Click Ok, to continue.

Step 6: Choose an Entity.

If you are uploading a file directly to a subcategory or level 3+ folders, you will prompt to choose an Entity. If you are uploading the file directly on My Document the document will be saved on the Unfiled and tag to the main entity.


Attention! If you are uploading the file directly on My Document the document will be saved on the Unfiled and tag to the main entity. 


Info! All pictures will be saved as a PDF

From Gallery

Step 1: Select "From Gallery" on the list.

Step 2: Choose the picture.

Step 3: Choose an Entity.

If you are uploading a file directly to a subcategory or level 3+ folders, you will prompt to choose an Entity, then click Save. 

Attention! If you are uploading the file directly on My Document the document will be saved on the Unfiled and tag to the main entity. 


Info! All pictures will be saved as a JPG
