If you see a yellow message at the top that indicated you have some hidden categories or items, and you wish to see all the folders and items, please go to View Options and uncheck the box under Preference for "Show only folders that contain documents.
Once you uncheck the box all item will be displayed.
If after doing this, you still see this message it means that the filter is combined with our Dynamic Visualization feature with Entities. Click on the Entities box, next to View Options, and select all entities.
