All Users (Admins, Reps, Vault Owners, and Co-Owners)
You’ll receive an activation email from FutureVault (noreply@futurevault.com) with the subject line “[Digital Vault Portal] - Please activate your account.” Follow these steps to activate your account:
Activation Steps:
Click the activation button in the email.
- If you don’t see the email, check your Spam/Junk folder.
- If the email is in your "Junk" or "Spam" folders, move it to your primary Inbox to avoid missing future emails.
- If you still haven’t received it, contact your Administrator so they can resend the activation email.
Open the email, click the link, and copy the temporary password.
- When copying the password, make sure not to include any extra spaces.
- Use the temporary password to log in and set a new, secure password for future access.
Set your new password and accept the Terms of Service/Privacy Policy.
- Make sure your new password follows these rules:
- At least 8 characters long
- Contains one capital letter and one number
- Does not include 3 consecutive numbers (e.g., 111 or 444)
- For best results, complete this process on a laptop or desktop.
- Click Submit once done.

Get confirmation.
You should see a message at the lower right section of the screen: “Onboarding complete, signing you in”. Afterward, you’ll be directed into your portal.
Trusted Collaborator Invitation
If you've been invited as a Trusted Collaborator, follow these steps to activate your account. You only need to set up your account once, even if others add you as a collaborator using the same email.
Activation Steps:
Open the invitation email and click the link.
This will take you to the registration page.
Fill out the registration form.
- Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email.
- Create and confirm your password (following the same password rules as above).
- Accept the Terms of Service/Privacy Policy.
- Click 'Submit'.
- You should see a message at the lower right section of the screen: “Onboarding complete, signing you in”. Afterward, you’ll be directed into your account.
