Uploading files from the iOS mobile app is quick and easy. You can take a photo, scan a document, upload photos and videos from your gallery, or select files from your device. Follow the steps below to get started.
Upload Options
1. Take a Photo
Tap the + button.
Select Take a Photo.
Allow access to your camera (if prompted).
Capture the image.
Rename the file if needed.
Click Select Location to change where it is saved.
Tap Upload in the top right corner to save the file.
Tap Back in the top left corner to cancel.
The file will upload as a JPG.
2. Scan a Document
Tap the + button.
Select Scan Document.
Scan one page at a time.
If Find Edges is ON, the system will auto-recognize the borders. Turn it OFF if you prefer manual cropping.
A page count icon will appear at the bottom right; tap it to continue scanning.
Tap a scanned item to crop or edit it.
Long press to drag and drop pages to change the order.
Tap Select at the bottom to delete or rotate an image.
Rename the file if needed.
Click Select Location to change where it is saved.
Tap Upload to finish.
Tap Arrow - top left to go back and reorder.
The file will upload as a PDF.
3. Upload Photos and Videos
Tap the + button.
Select Upload Photos and Videos.
Allow access to your gallery (if prompted).
Choose one or multiple photos and/or videos.
Rename the file if needed.
Change the location where the file will be saved if desired.
Tap Upload to complete the process.
Tap Back to cancel.
4. Upload a File
Tap the + button.
Select Upload File.
The Recent Files app will open.
Choose the file you want to upload.
Rename the file if needed.
Change the location if necessary.
Tap Upload to finish.
Tap Back to cancel.
